Click on the Infinite Plane. Click on the little M that appears to the right.
Click on the small right arrow to the right of the preview window.
Click on the category "Water&Liquids" and then any one of the preset materials that appear next to the category. When finishing selecting it, click on the check mark in the lower right corner.
